Description

A lyrical and accessible version of this Latin mass text (the Lamb of God) for treble choirs. Agnus Dei is a polyphonic setting, which also gives the English translation of the Latin within the context of the work. A rolling piano accompaniment supports the voices and the harmonic modulations.

This intimate, simple, easily learnt piece is an excellent introduction to singing in both traditional counterpoint and Latin, gifting the performers and audience the meaning of the text as they perform.
