Description
Originally written for the Song Company, this arrangement of the traditional English Christmas carol focuses on the cold in the dead of winter. The singers add percussive vocal and body sounds: stomping to keep their feet warm, blowing into their hands, rubbing them together in the freezing night air. Imagine a circle of singers around an outdoor brazier trying to keep warm through song. (See demo video below).
