Description
Annie writes: The piece is written for my Mum + Dad, for giving myself and my younger brother an education. I know that they both would have loved to have gone to school and university, but did not have the opportunity. More than anything, they wanted us both to have access to what we wanted, to be able to articulate and advocate for ourselves, and to affect change and make an impact in the lives of others. The most special + unexpected outcome is that both my brother and I can now articulate their stories for them, connecting our two cultures and generations together with humour and love.
